The Inn & Studios Downtown

Honestly didn't have a lot of experience getting hotels I believe her name was Melissa. So sorry if I get it wrong, But the lady at the was vary helpful, the Overall stay was genuinely nice For someone who's grown up around here I just wanted to get away! This was perfect!!! She even gave me a discount on My room Because we couldn't go online and do it to get the deal!!!!! I don't think this place is for grade aid karens But if you're pretty chill and grew up here .Yes, Found no reason to complain ! in my opinion had a blast! This only thing left to do is check out and get my deposit back !!

We stayed here for almost a year never had a problem with staff they was always friendly if out side they would stop and talk room was ok yes had some roaches. But when you get trashy people staying there for night of fun and leave the place looking like the streets what do you expect the rooms to look like. They're trying to fix up rooms I use to see maintenance man always repairing things I would stay there again

I have stayed at this location for quite some time and there is not anything more this company provides better than the cleanliness of the rooms with the 24hr service the front desk, housekeepers and maintenance staff provide. I am truly greatfilul for the Texas Southern Hospitality the Inn & Studios provides. Happy Holiday Season.

Yes it needs a few renovations. But the cleanliness of the the rooms and the wonderful staff make up for it. The girl at the front desk (Kasi) was amazing. She took my reservation over the phone at 8:30 in the morning and had our room ready by 9:45 when we got in to town. Checked us in early with out a second thought. She helped us plan our whole 2 days that we had there so we could do everything we wanted. And helped save us money by looking up and printing coupons. We usually come down once a year. So this is the spot we will always lay our head. The only downside was the 1 rude Front desk clerk who clearly hated her job. But luckily we didn't see her but once.

The rooms were very clean. The shower looks scuffed and there was a small roach. Our stay was not as bad as the reviews say. The service was good when the lobby door wasn’t locked. Location is alright. Next to highway and railroads. Would stay again.

I loved it, service was great. Employees were kind and attentive. Very clean.

Kasi at the front desk was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, she was very nice and had knowledge of the area to recommend places to go and things to do!! We will definitely stay here again! She was great! The rooms are nice and cozy very home like! Coffee makers inside the rooms nice clean linen! We've stayed several places here in San Antonio and wish we had found this place first

I was looking for something cheap and affordable and liveable. I knew id be staying here for a couple weeks and I’m glad I did. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but they don’t pretend to be. All employees were friendly, happy to help, and our room was clean. I never saw a roach. The bed sheets were clean, I took my own to put on top just cause I do that everywhere Everything worked. I stayed with my family and nothing dangerous happened during the three week stay. Very satisfied. The manager Michelle always made herself available and placed her number at the front desk in case we needed her. Good experience.
